How a book is made 'Inspiration to completion'

A copy of Pictorial websters was found beneath John Carrera's Grandfathers chair and from that moment on after seeing all the detailed pictures and type he decided to hand craft his own copy. Using his own old skool Linotype machine he spent 10 years recreating the book, the link shows this process and is very interesting to watch if you apreciate graphics and craft elements. Enjoy.

I'm Here is a short film from Spike Jonze that has been released free here and as always it's a small peice of genius from Jonze depicting a story of love and identity. The characters all look wonderfully playful and it's worth a watch fo' sho! get on it :)

Roadie hell!

This is a stage in Rio that was made incredibly poorly because of some nasty wind and rain bullying it, i think the line up wasn't what mother nature wanted and got all gnarly on their asses! no show! anyways the reason i add this because this is my job and i'm looking forward to lots of festie work come the summertime, setting up hench stages for all the peeps.. an i don't wanna get squeeeesssheeeedd!? haha

Ooo what a lovely assortment of aminal noises this guy/girl makes! I only have a distressed goat, baby aligator and pissed off dog in my collection of impersonations, but that said they are pretty awesome if i must say myself.
